Abstract
This year, important international meetings have taken place in which representatives of States participated, including the VII CELAC Summit in 2023 and the XV BRICS Summit, events in which scenarios are generated for dialogue and for the establishment of proposals and commitments on key issues in the midst of a constantly changing geopolitical system.
